This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and discharge connection. The construction includes a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft, along with a bronze face plate. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers, which allows for operation at fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The unit includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures, creating a cooler-running design that uses standardized components across the line.
The pump operates with a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor, which is powered by a 115/208-230V 1PH electrical supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
