This in-line pump has a 1.5" suction and 1.5" discharge with a 4.75" nominal impeller. The casing, impeller, shaft, and face plate use stainless steel construction, paired with a cast iron bracket. It includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the ball bearings from system fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The internal mechanical seal assembly uses a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This standardized cartridge construction allows for common service components, while the assembly keeps the permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings protected from the process fluid.
The unit operates with a 1/4 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor, configured for 115V, 1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
