This in-line pump has 1.5-inch suction and discharge ports. The casing, impeller, and shaft use stainless steel construction, paired with a bronze wear ring. The pump includes a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings. This cooler-running design isolates the bearings from the system fluid, which sustains a maximum operating temperature of 250°F. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This unit houses a 6.35-inch nominal impeller diameter and relies on a standardized cartridge arrangement to simplify maintenance requirements.
The unit has a 3/4 HP motor running at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure, configured for a 230/460V and 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
