This in-line pump has a 2" suction and 2" discharge connection along with a 6.15" nominal impeller diameter. The casing, impeller, and shaft consist of stainless steel, while the unit includes a cast iron bracket paired with a stainless steel face plate. A replaceable bearing cartridge assembly holds the rotating components, isolated from system fluid temperatures. The mechanical seal assembly includes a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers, permitting operation in fluid temperatures up to 250°F. This standardized cartridge and seal arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements while retaining common service components across the unit.
The pump operates with a 1 HP, 1750 RPM TEFC motor requiring a 115/230V, 60Hz, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
