This in-line pump has 1.5" suction and discharge ports, paired with a 4.75" nominal impeller diameter. The construction includes a cast iron casing, a stainless steel impeller, and a cast iron bracket with a bronze face plate. The internal assembly uses a stainless steel shaft combined with a replaceable bearing cartridge. This cartridge isolates the ball bearings from system fluid temperatures and houses permanently sealed, grease-lubricated components. The unit includes a mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers, which allows for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. This standardized cartridge and seal arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements.
The system uses a 1/4 HP motor running at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure and a 115/60/1 power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
