This in-line pump has a 2" suction and 2" discharge connection with a 6.15" nominal impeller diameter. The unit uses stainless steel construction for the casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft, while the bracket consists of cast iron. A replaceable bearing cartridge assembly contains permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolates the rotating components from system fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The pump uses a mechanical seal assembly built with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers. This cartridge-based construction allows for the use of common service components across the unit.
The pump uses a 1 HP motor, operating at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure, configured for a 115/208-230V, 60Hz, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
