This in-line pump has a 2" suction and 2" discharge connection alongside a 6.15" nominal impeller diameter. The casing and bracket use cast iron construction, while the impeller and shaft are stainless steel. The unit includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the ball bearings from system fluid temperatures, creating a cooler-running internal environment. A mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers manages fluid containment, maintaining operational integrity at temperatures up to 250°F. The standardized cartridge arrangement simplifies maintenance throughout the lifecycle of the pump.
The motor has 3/4 HP and operates at 1750 RPM in a TEFC enclosure, compatible with 208-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
