This in-line pump has a 2" suction and 2" discharge connection. The construction uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft, while the bracket uses cast iron. It includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the ball bearings from system fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers, which simplifies the sealing configuration within the unit. The standardized cartridge design allows for common service components, and the internal components are built with a 6.15" nominal impeller diameter to maintain hydraulic performance.
The pump operates with a 1/2 HP motor at 1750 RPM, ODP enclosure, and a 230/460V 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
