This in-line pump has 2-inch suction and 2-inch discharge ports with a 6.15-inch nominal impeller diameter. The unit uses stainless steel construction for the casing and impeller, combined with a cast iron bracket and bronze wear ring. A stainless steel shaft supports the rotating assembly, while a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers handles system fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The construction includes a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings that isolate the rotating assembly from system temperatures to extend service life.
The system uses a 1 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM within a TEFC enclosure, powered by 208-230/460V and 3PH current. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
