This in-line pump has a 2" suction and 2" discharge configuration with a 7.9" nominal impeller diameter. The casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft use stainless steel construction, paired with a cast iron bracket. This construction meets NSF-61 requirements and handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The unit includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. Fluid containment is managed by a mechanical seal assembly consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers.
This unit has a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM motor with a TEFC enclosure, configured for 115/208-230V/60Hz/1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
