This in-line pump has a cast iron casing and bracket with a bronze face plate. The internal assembly includes a stainless steel impeller and shaft, paired with a 1 1/2" suction and discharge flange set. Hydraulic performance relies on a 6.35" nominal diameter impeller. A mechanical seal assembly resides within the casing, featuring a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers to handle fluid temperatures up to 250°F. This unit uses a replaceable bearing cartridge to isolate the rotating assembly from system fluid temperatures while keeping the bearings distinct from the seal. The cartridge construction standardizes service components, allowing for uniform maintenance across the hydraulic end of the pump.
The unit runs on a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM ODP motor connected to a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
