This in-line pump has a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. The unit includes a bronze face plate and a mechanical seal assembly consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers. It handles system fluids up to 250°F. The hydraulic section uses a 4.75" nominal impeller diameter with 1 1/2" suction and discharge connections. A replaceable bearing cartridge assembly holds the rotating components, which isolates the bearings from the system fluid. This standardized cartridge arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements while the cooler-running assembly supports consistent operation.
The pump uses a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor configured for 208-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
