This in-line pump has 2" suction and 2" discharge ports with a 6.40" nominal impeller diameter. The unit includes a stainless steel casing and impeller paired with a bronze wear ring. Internal rotating elements include a stainless steel shaft supported by a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly. This cartridge isolates the ball bearings from system fluid temperatures, which reach 250°F. The fluid path is sealed by a mechanical seal assembly consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers. This standardized cartridge and seal arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements.
The system uses a 1 1/2 HP motor running at 1750 RPM within an ODP enclosure, configured for a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. With a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
