This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and 2-inch discharge connection paired with a 7.9-inch nominal impeller diameter. The casing and bracket consist of cast iron, while the impeller and shaft use stainless steel. The unit includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the ball bearings from system fluid temperatures for cooler-running performance. It functions at fluid temperatures up to 250°F. Sealing is accomplished through a standard Type 21 mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This standardized cartridge design allows for common service components, and the arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements for the internal hydraulic assembly.
The unit is supplied less motor and includes a 133-031 motor bracket for mounting. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. With a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
