This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and 2-inch discharge along with a 7.9-inch nominal impeller diameter. The casing and bracket consist of cast iron, while the impeller and shaft use stainless steel. A bronze face plate accompanies the assembly, which also houses a mechanical seal assembly containing a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers. This construction handles system temperatures up to 250°F. The internal design includes a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolates the rotating elements from system fluid temperatures.
The motor has 1 1/2 HP capacity and operates at 1750 RPM in an ODP enclosure, with a 208-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
