This in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge connections along with a 5.75" nominal diameter impeller. The casing, impeller, and shaft use stainless steel construction, paired with a bronze wear ring. It includes a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolates the internal components from system fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The fluid path includes a mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This standardized cartridge arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements while allowing common service components across the unit.
The unit operates with a 1/2 HP motor at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure powered by 230/460V, 3PH current in a 48 frame size. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
