This in-line pump has a 1 1/2" suction and a 1 1/2" discharge, operating with a 4.75" nominal impeller diameter. The casing and bracket use cast iron construction, paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. A bronze face plate is included in the bracket assembly. The unit includes a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolate the assembly from system fluid temperatures. Service requirements are simplified by a mechanical seal assembly consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers, which allows for stable operation at temperatures up to 250°F.
This unit has a 1/3 HP motor rated for 1750 RPM in an ODP enclosure, configured for a 115/60/1 power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
