This in-line pump has a 2" suction and 2" discharge, combined with a 6.15" nominal impeller diameter. The casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft use stainless steel construction, while the bracket uses cast iron. The unit includes a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolates the rotating assembly from system fluid temperatures. The hydraulic end includes a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers, rated for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. This standardized cartridge and seal configuration helps simplify periodic maintenance requirements across the fluid circuit.
The motor has a 1 HP rating at 1750 RPM and is an ODP enclosure powered by 230/460V, 3PH. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
