This in-line pump includes a cast iron casing and bracket with a bronze face plate, paired with a 6.35-inch stainless steel impeller. It uses a stainless steel shaft and a 2-inch flange set. The unit has a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The pump handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F and includes a mechanical seal assembly built with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers. This standardized cartridge arrangement simplifies maintenance.
The motor is a 3/4 HP unit operating at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure and a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
