This in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge connections, with a 6.35" nominal impeller diameter. The construction uses a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and a bronze face plate. The pump includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates internal components from system temperatures, alongside a stainless steel shaft. Fluid containment relies on a mechanical seal assembly, which consists of a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This configuration supports operation at temperatures reaching 250°F.
The 1 HP, 1750 RPM motor has an ODP enclosure and operates on a 230/460V 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
