This in-line pump uses stainless steel construction for the casing and impeller, while a bronze wear ring maintains internal hydraulic clearances. The assembly includes 2-inch suction and 2-inch discharge connections, matched with a 6.15-inch nominal impeller diameter. A replaceable bearing cartridge assembly, containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, supports the stainless steel shaft. This cartridge construction isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The unit includes a mechanical seal assembly built with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This standardized cartridge and seal arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements for diverse hydraulic applications.
The pump includes a 1/2 HP motor mounting interface for a 48-frame motor. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
