This in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge connections along with a 7.9" nominal impeller. The unit uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, and shaft, while a bronze wear ring sits within the housing. It includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures, paired with a mechanical seal assembly consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers. This configuration handles system fluids up to 250°F. The foot-mounted 56 frame construction helps maintain alignment across the assembly, while the standardized cartridge design allows for common service components throughout the unit's lifespan.
The motor has a 2 HP rating at 1750 RPM with a TEFC enclosure and operates on a 230/460V 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
