This in-line pump includes a stainless steel casing and impeller paired with a bronze wear ring. The hydraulic assembly has a 6.35-inch nominal impeller diameter and connects to the system via a 2-inch flange set, with 1 1/2-inch suction and discharge ports. This unit includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the internal ball bearings from system fluid temperatures. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers, which support operation at fluid temperatures up to 250°F. A stainless steel shaft runs through the cartridge and is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings.
This unit operates with a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM motor in an ODP enclosure, configured for 230/460V, 3PH power supply in a 48 frame. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
