This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and discharge connection, paired with a 6.40-inch nominal diameter impeller. The casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft use stainless steel construction, while the bracket is cast iron. A replaceable bearing cartridge assembly isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures and includes permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings. The unit includes a mechanical seal assembly composed of a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers to handle fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The standardized cartridge and seal configuration simplifies routine maintenance.
The motor operates at 1 1/2 HP and 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure on 230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
