This in-line pump has 2" suction and 2" discharge ports along with a 7.9" nominal impeller diameter. The casing, impeller, and shaft use stainless steel construction, while the unit includes a bronze wear ring. The pump has a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The internal components consist of a mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This construction supports fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The standardized cartridge and seal arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements, with the cooler-running bearing cartridge architecture increasing reliability for standard commercial service.
The pump fits a 56 frame motor rated for 3/4 or 1 HP. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
