This in-line pump uses 1 1/2" suction and 1 1/2" discharge ports paired with a 6.35" nominal diameter impeller. The casing and bracket have cast iron construction, while the impeller and shaft use stainless steel. Fluid handling includes a mechanical seal assembly built with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers. This configuration handles system temperatures up to 250°F. The unit includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures, along with a standardized cartridge design that simplifies maintenance requirements across the line.
The pump uses a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor with 115/208-230/60/1 power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
