This in-line pump has a 2" suction and 2" discharge connection. The construction includes a cast iron casing and bracket combined with a 5.65" stainless steel impeller and a stainless steel shaft. It uses a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the ball bearings from system fluid temperatures. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers, which allows for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. This standardized cartridge and seal arrangement simplifies routine maintenance requirements while the cooler-running cartridge design extends the service life of the internal components.
The pump has a 3/4 HP motor running at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure, configured for 115/208-230V, 60Hz, 1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
