This in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge connections and a 6.35" nominal impeller diameter. The casing and bracket use cast iron, paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. The unit includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures, while the mechanical seal assembly contains a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. This construction allows the unit to operate at temperatures reaching 250°F. The bearing cartridge consists of permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which simplifies maintenance through standardized service components across the product line.
The pump uses a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor with a 115/208-230/60/1 power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
