This in-line pump has a 1 1/2" suction and a 1 1/2" discharge, with a 6.35" nominal impeller diameter. The unit complies with NSF-61 standards and operates at temperatures up to 250°F. The casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft use stainless steel construction, while the bracket uses cast iron. The assembly includes a replaceable bearing cartridge that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This standardized cartridge and seal arrangement allows for common service components across the line.
The pump uses a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP, 115/230V, 1PH motor. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
