This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and 2-inch discharge with a 7.9-inch nominal impeller diameter. The casing, impeller, and shaft use stainless steel construction, paired with a cast iron bracket and a bronze wear ring. The assembly includes a replaceable bearing cartridge design that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. It uses a mechanical seal assembly composed of a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers to accommodate fluid temperatures up to 250°F. This standardized arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements while maintaining structural integrity.
The unit has a 1.5 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor with a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Using a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
