This in-line pump has a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. The unit includes 1 1/2" suction and discharge connections. A replaceable bearing cartridge assembly isolates the ball bearings from the system fluid, which supports operating temperatures up to 250°F. The fluid path includes a mechanical seal assembly containing a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers. This standardized cartridge and seal configuration simplifies routine maintenance requirements.
This unit is supplied less motor, requiring an appropriately matched driver to handle the 4.75" nominal impeller diameter. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
