This in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and 1 1/2" discharge connections, paired with a 6.35" nominal impeller. The unit uses stainless steel for the casing and impeller, while a bronze wear ring maintains internal hydraulic integrity. It includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This internal configuration handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The construction includes a stainless steel shaft supported by the replaceable cartridge, which contains permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings.
The pump runs on a 1/2 HP motor at 1750 RPM within a TEFC enclosure, compatible with a 208-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
