This in-line pump has a 1 1/2" suction and 1 1/2" discharge, paired with a 4.75" nominal impeller diameter. The casing and bracket use cast iron construction, while the impeller and shaft consist of stainless steel. A replaceable bearing cartridge houses the internal rotating assembly and isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The unit includes a mechanical seal assembly built with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250°F. This standardized cartridge and seal arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements.
The 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM motor has an ODP enclosure and operates on 200-230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
