This in-line pump has a 2" suction and 2" discharge connection. The construction consists of a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a 6.15" stainless steel impeller and a stainless steel shaft. This unit includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures, combined with a mechanical seal assembly using a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers. This configuration handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The standardized cartridge and seal arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements across the installation.
The motor has a 1 HP rating at 1750 RPM and uses an ODP enclosure powered by 115/208-230V, 60Hz, 1PH supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
