This in-line pump comes with 1 1/2" suction and 1 1/2" discharge ports to facilitate integration into standard hydronic systems. The unit has a 6.35" nominal impeller diameter and stainless steel construction for the casing, impeller, and shaft to maintain structural integrity, while a bronze wear ring serves as the internal interface. The internal mechanical seal assembly includes a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers, allowing for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The construction consists of a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the ball bearings from the system fluid, which can be installed in configurations requiring standard maintenance intervals.
This unit includes a 1/2 HP motor with a 48 frame size. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
