This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and 2-inch discharge with a 7.9-inch nominal diameter stainless steel impeller. The unit uses cast iron construction for the casing and bracket, paired with a stainless steel shaft. It includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the ball bearings from system fluid temperatures to extend service life. Fluid containment relies on a mechanical seal assembly built with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers. This configuration handles system temperatures up to 250°F while maintaining standardized geometry for component replacement across the assembly.
The pump uses a 2 HP, 1750 RPM ODP motor for 115/208-230V, 1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
