This in-line pump has a 2" suction and 2" discharge. The construction includes a stainless steel casing and impeller, while the unit has a cast iron bracket with a stainless steel face plate. An alloy steel shaft paired with a cupro-nickel shaft sleeve drives the 5.65" nominal impeller. System temperatures up to 250°F are handled by a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings. Sealing is managed by a mechanical seal assembly consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. This standardized arrangement isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures and simplifies maintenance requirements.
The unit has a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP, 115/230V, 1PH motor. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
