This in-line pump has a 1.5" suction and discharge connection. The construction uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, and shaft, while the assembly includes a cast iron bracket with a stainless steel face plate. This unit includes a 6.35" nominal diameter impeller along with a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the ball bearings from system fluid temperatures. The mechanical seal assembly, rated for temperatures up to 250°F, consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers. The standardized cartridge and seal arrangement simplifies service requirements.
The unit is less motor. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
