This in-line pump has a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. It includes a 7.9-inch nominal diameter impeller, with 2-inch suction and 2-inch discharge connections. The pump uses a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolates the rotating components from system fluid temperatures up to 250°F. A mechanical seal assembly composed of a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers maintains system pressure integrity. The standardized cartridge arrangement simplifies maintenance, while the isolation of bearings from the process fluid enhances service life.
The pump is supplied less motor, requiring a field-installed unit to meet specific HP, RPM, enclosure type, and voltage and phase requirements. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
