This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and discharge connection for fluid transport. It uses a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. The internal assembly includes a mechanical seal containing a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This construction handles system fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The unit includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the ball bearings from system fluid temperatures.
The motor has 2 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP enclosure, and operates on a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
