This in-line pump has a 2" suction and 2" discharge connection with a 6.15" nominal impeller diameter. The construction includes a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. A bronze face plate is included in the bracket assembly. The pump uses a mechanical seal assembly consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers, which handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F. A replaceable bearing cartridge assembly holds the rotating elements, with a cooler-running design that isolates the permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings from system fluid temperatures. This standardized cartridge arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements throughout the operation.
The unit uses a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor configured for 115/230V, 60Hz, 1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
