This in-line pump has a 2" suction and 2" discharge. The construction includes a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a bronze face plate, while the impeller and shaft use stainless steel. The replaceable bearing cartridge assembly isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The pump uses a mechanical seal with a Sealide silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers. This configuration stands up to system temperatures reaching 250°F. The standardized cartridge arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements for the rotating assembly.
The unit has a 1 HP, 1750 RPM ODP motor configured for a 230/460V 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
