This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 2-1/2" suction and a 2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses a 9-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller housed within a cast iron casing. The unit incorporates a dry shaft design with a stainless steel shaft and a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing operation at temperatures up to 250 °F. Pressure tappings are located on the suction and discharge connections for system monitoring.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 7-1/2 HP Baldor ODP motor. The motor is configured for 200V, 60Hz, 3PH power with across the line starting. It uses a NEMA 213 T-frame and meets premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55, including AEGIS shaft grounding. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard. A Woods coupler connects the pump and motor. This equipment has a pump energy index (PEI) of 0.86.
