Quiet, Dependable End Suction Pump Performance for Hydronic and Water Systems
Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pumps are designed to deliver quiet, dependable power and strong hydraulic performance for a wide range of commercial and industrial applications. Built with modern dimensional and performance standards in mind, these pumps provide reliable operation for heating, cooling, pressure boosting, water transfer, and general water supply systems.
The FI Series features an improved bearing frame design with sealed-for-life bearings that meet industry requirements for a minimum L10 life of 60,000 hours. Optional re-greasable bearings are also available for applications that require additional service flexibility.
Designed to simplify maintenance and reduce lifecycle costs, these pumps include an easy-to-replace slip-on shaft sleeve for field seal service. Taco’s exclusive dry shaft design helps protect the pump shaft by preventing contact between the shaft and circulating fluid, reducing the need for corrosion-resistant shaft materials in many applications.
For added reliability, FI Series pumps include flush seal line taps that allow a filter to be installed to help protect the seal from non-condensable particles in open systems. Standard pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections make system monitoring and servicing more convenient.
A fully welded structural steel base helps reduce vibration and improve alignment, while the top centerline discharge design simplifies piping layouts, reduces piping strain, and allows the pump to self-vent.
