This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 10" suction and 8" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit is constructed with a cast iron casing and a bronze impeller with a 13-1/2" nominal diameter. It utilizes a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250 °F. Pressure tappings are provided on both the suction and discharge connections for monitoring.
This unit operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 150 HP WEG TEFC motor in a NEMA 445T frame. It is configured for 380V, 60Hz, 3PH power with across-the-line starting. The assembly is mounted on a welded base that includes a drip pan and a standard Woods coupler with a coupler guard. The bearing frame features greasable bearings, an AEGIS SGR, and an insulated bearing NDE. This equipment meets NEMA MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards and has a PEI rating of 0.94.
