This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 2" suction and a 1-1/4" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing, a 7-1/4" nominal diameter bronze impeller, and a bronze wear ring. It utilizes a stainless steel shaft equipped with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design to isolate the shaft from the circulating fluid. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, and it is rated for operation up to 250°F.
The unit is powered by a 1-1/2 HP, 1750 RPM Baldor motor with a TEFC enclosure and NEMA 145 T-frame. It operates on 230-460/60/3 PH power using across-the-line starting. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and features a Woods coupler with a standard guard. This pump meets MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards with a PEI of 0.81. Additional features include AEGIS shaft grounding, a 40°C ambient temperature rating, and CCW rotation.
