This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 10" suction and 8" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing and a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller. It utilizes a stainless steel shaft paired with a bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, providing a temperature rating of 250 °F. The unit incorporates a dry shaft design and includes greasable bearings within the bearing frame.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 150 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure and a NEMA 444 frame. It is configured for a 460V, 60Hz, 3PH power supply with across-the-line starting. The motor includes an AEGIS SGR and an insulated bearing on the non-drive end. The assembly is mounted on a welded structural steel base equipped with an integral drip pan and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard using a Woods coupler. This unit meets NEMA premium efficiency standards MG1-12.55 and has a DOE PEI value of 0.94.
