This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 5" suction and a 4" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit includes a cast iron casing, a bronze impeller with a 7-1/4" nominal diameter, a stainless steel shaft, and a bronze shaft sleeve. It uses a dry shaft design to prevent fluid contact with the shaft. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a silicon-carbide seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components, with a temperature rating of 250°F. This pump is configured for clean water applications and does not incorporate a wear ring.
This equipment operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 5 HP Baldor motor in a NEMA 184 T frame with an ODP enclosure.
