This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit uses a 10" nominal impeller and is constructed with a cast iron casing, a bronze impeller, and a bronze shaft sleeve. It incorporates a dry shaft design to prevent contact between the circulating fluid and the shaft. The mechanical seal assembly is composed of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The pump includes flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections. A rear pullout design allows for servicing without removing system piping, while the top center line discharge configuration assists in venting and piping installation.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 5 HP Baldor Super E premium efficiency motor. It is configured with an ODP enclosure and a 184 JM frame with feet.
