Reliable Close-Coupled Pump with Simple Installation and Service
Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pumps are designed for dependable performance, easy installation, and efficient service in a wide range of hydronic and water system applications. Their close-coupled design provides a compact solution for heating, air conditioning, pressure boosting, cooling water transfer, and water supply systems.
Built to reduce maintenance time and cost, the CI Series includes an easy-to-replace slip-on shaft sleeve that simplifies seal service in the field. Taco’s dry shaft design helps protect the pump shaft by preventing contact with the circulating fluid, reducing the need for expensive corrosion-resistant shaft materials in many applications.
The CI Series also includes flush seal line taps, allowing a filter to be installed to help protect the seal from particles commonly found in open systems. Standard pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections make system monitoring and service more convenient.
With a rear pullout design, the pump can be serviced without disturbing system piping. A top centerline discharge design helps simplify piping layouts, reduce piping strain, and support self-venting operation.
